What we collect

When you use our estimator we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, optional email, project details, and any photos of your space you upload. We also receive basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and advertising attribution data (for example, the ad campaign that brought you here).

How we use it

Photos and AI processing

Your photos and project description are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) only to generate your estimate and visual concepts. If you do not share your contact details, your photos are deleted from our server after about 45 minutes. If you do, your photos, project summary and the generated visual concepts are kept in your project file for up to 90 days so All Set Build & Remodel can prepare your visit. Your original photos are only visible to the All Set Build & Remodel team.

Voice walkthroughs

If you record a voice walkthrough, the audio is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) only to turn it into text. The recording is not stored: we keep only the text, which you can review and edit before your estimate is prepared.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site (hosting, AI processing, email delivery, our CRM and advertising platforms), and when required by law.

Emails

If you give us your email, we send you a confirmation with your project reference. This is a service message about your request, not a marketing subscription.

Text messages

If you consent, we may call or text you about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
